The more you clean and clear your electrical system, or aura, the lighter and brighter you shine. Increased clarity, sharp thinking, more positive thoughts and emotions, and the expression of the higher vibrational energies of love, peace, joy and truth are the result. There is no greater gift you can give yourself. Here are some of my favourite ways to help stay in a high vibratory state.
1. Swim in the ocean. Salt is a natural cleaner of your electro-magnetic fields and will help to wash away any toxic build up and low vibrational energies that keep you on the lower vibrational scale of thoughts, feelings and emotions. You will feel brighter, clearer and more positive as it raises your vibration.
2. Drink fresh lemon in water. Lemon is also a natural cleanser, and will clean you from within. The colour yellow is an excellent antidote in colour healing to low vibrational energies. In addition, on a physical level, the acidity of the lemon turns alkaline within the body enhancing immune function. Lemons contain vitamin C, also important for immune function. It freshens breath, prevents kidney stones, aids digestion, and supports weight loss. All of the above benefits will help you feel healthier, stronger and ultimately happier encouraging more positivity and zest for life.
3.Use mind power to clean your auric field while showering. Imagine the water running over you, around you and through you cleaning and cleansing away any low vibrational “muck” you may be carrying in the morning from dreamtime, and in the evening from your day.
4. Create your own natural showering products. I love to make my own aromatherapy salt scrubs. Simple and easy to make. I mix up olive oil, with salt and a few drops of my favourite aromatherapy oils. In addition to the salt cleansing your aura, the beautiful smells will relax your nervous system and encourage feelings of peace and harmony. Your body will feel silky smooth and nourished. The skin is the largest organ we have and dumping toxic chemicals from mainstream toiletries into the pores of your body is a very bad idea. Allow nature instead to heal you, feed you and nourish you from the outside in.
5.Protect your psychically throughout the day by imagining a glass shield around yourself, as you expand your aura out (to prevent fearful contraction, and shut down). Feel this invisible protective barrier surrounding you and keeping you safe within. This helps to prevent negative thought forms and general psychic garbage in the environment to penetrate your own fields.
6. If you find yourself in a negative space imagine yourself surrounded in white light. It works!
7. Exercise! Cardiovascular activity such as running and going to the gym help to circulate energy throughout the body, moving through areas where the energy is stuck and operating at a lower, denser frequency. The increased flow of the breath helps the momentum of this cleansing activity.
8. Do yoga. Really focus on your breath in helping to clear out any energy blockages within your main chakras as you perform the asanas. You will feel strong, grounded, and open as this powerful release of the breath helps to break up and expel stuck energetic patterns.
9.Meditate. When I teach my clients how to meditate I focus on opening up and releasing the tensions and contractions within the body for the spirit and life force to flow freely. As the light of consciousness increases, your aura is cleansed and you will radiate more of this inner light. Let yourself shine!
10.Use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, or tapping). This has transformed my own life, and the lives of my clients. The results are visceral. When working with clients I use this energy psychology technique frequently. Through tapping on our meridians, the channels for our life force, we shift and clear unwanted energy patterns, limiting beliefs, and negative thoughts, feelings and emotional baggage. EFT cleans and clears our electrical system. The results are deeply transformational and life changing, especially in the hands of a skilled practitioner.
